COVID-19 RESPONSE

The word essential has taken on new meaning in this day and age but one thing this time has showed us is the importance of spending time with loved ones. It is with this in mind that Abstract Xperience has decided to continue bringing you the fun in a way that is safe, clean, and regulated.

With the increase in the attention to COVID-19, we want to share with you that Abstract Xperience is continuously monitoring the situation. From the beginning, our focus has been and remains on the health and safety of our artists , clients, our team and the communities we work in.We are constantly evaluating the COVID-19 impact and monitoring available information from the CDC and WHO. As their recommendations change, we will update our Pandemic Response Plan as needed. Additionally we will alter our communication methods with the consumer public.

We are actively communicating with clients via phone call, Zoom, and Google Meets and providing appropriate updates across our growing network as necessary. We have also provided alternate, smaller & more affordable event packages in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines and social distancing practices. Additionally, our team will develop and discuss with you Continuity/Safety Plans for each specific event operation.

As event planners, our personnel work in various dynamic environments that may pose unique challenges. We continue to routinely monitor those environments and work with our clients in a government sanctioned manner. We encourage our team to be attentive to their surroundings and speak up if they feel unsafe or concerned about their personal health.

We thank our valued clients for continuing to keep us abreast of your response to this evolving situation. We all share the common goal of keeping everyone healthy and safe.

Please be reminded of what the CDC has shared on their website:
